Blue Dot
whats the difference between the green dot and the blue dot in the chat section on facebook ?
Ive wondered this a while and sadly still don't know....could someone tell me the difference, and please don't say one means "idle'' because i don't know what that means either...thank u !...
Green dot means that the user is "active" and online. It means that he or she is on facebook and is on the internet.
Blue dot means that the user is idle but still online. Idle means that the user is technically "logged in" to facebook, but that he or she is away from the computer. If you don't do anything on facebook (ie, move your mouse around, click a link, etc) for 10 minutes -ish, you become idle.
