Lime Marinade
1.5 pounds The skirt steak
1 green pepper or red bell
1 small onion
3 tomatoes
Cheese flavor
Pico de Gallo sauce

Cut skirt steak and marinate it in lime keeping it in a closed container. Refrigerate for steak at least one hour. To prepare marinade lime, you will require 4-5 limes, half cup of red wine, 1 tablespoon sauce soy, 1 tablespoon light molasses, a few cilantro leaves, minced garlic cloves (2), a half teaspoon of ground cumin and black pepper. Remove steak from refrigerator and allow it to return to room temperature. Put it on a barbecue for about 5 minutes. Do not discard the marinade lime.
