Motorcycle (dirtbike 110cc) Throttle Problem. 10 Points!!?

I haven't rode my motorcycle, or started it at that, for months. The shock on it broke, and I've yet to get a new one, but I moved it to the farm today, and decided I should start it since I hadn't in a while. I cranked it a few times, it wouldn't catch at all. I tried to give it some gas while I kicked it. The throttle wouldn't move back when I tried to twist it, I'm baffled. Anybody know what the problem could be?

its ether the cable or the throttle slide is stuck if it starts it will run at wide open.
disassemble the twist grip and remove cable does it turn freely on the handle bar ?
pull cable with vice grips does it snap back if not remove the top of the carburator the slide is stuck, lube with wd 40 reassemble and try again. it should snap back freely and you should here it hit the bottom.
